Here's a bag i made with all recycled parts. Duck cloth from over here, vinyl sign from those guys, straps and buckles from other deconstructed items...

Hand sewed the whole thing with dental floss.

Oh, and Nausea rules.

- 1000D Cordura construction
- 18oz. vinyl waterproof liner
- 2" main strap
- 1" Nylon x360 straps for flap with rounded side release buckles
- 2" velcro flap closure
- 2" D-rings for easy strap adjustment
- 7/8" grosgrain ribbon trim
- Outdoor quality polyester thread

OPTIONAL FEATURES
1. Main Strap Buckle
Choose either metal pivoting jaw buckle or plastic cam buckle. Your bag will come with one or the other...
2. Outside Pockets
Either one big pocket or two. Keep your stuff organized and out of the way of your main caryying space. Lined and waterproof. Velcro closure on flap.
3. Inside Pockets
Either one big pocket the size of the front panel or one small pocket for wallet, tools, etc. Closes with velcro.
4. Internal divider - $10
Divider that splite the bag into two compartments, front and back. Attaches to side and bottom of bag. Can be made removable (attaches with 2" velcro).
5. Reinforced Base - $10
A second layer of cordura for the base of your bag for all the times you set it down on the pavement or the floor.
6. Removable Back Pad - $15
A Pad that fits in a sleeve that runs the length and height of the bag. For those awkward shaped boxes and miscellaneous items that poke your back when riding. With pad removed the sleeve can be used as a pocket. Comes with option of two pad thicknesses.
7. Compression Straps - $10
When carrying a smaller load you can compress the bag to keep your contents from moving around so much. Only available on Large or Xlarges.
8. Handle - $5
A handle at the top of the bag, briefcase style.
9. Pen holders - $5
Slots in your in inside or outside pockets.

1000 Denier Cordura®
colors: Black, Charcoal, Chocolate, Olive, Forest, Purple, Navy Blue, Mariner Blue, Electric Blue, Teal, Wine, Red, International Orange, Blaze Orange, Gold, Silver, Yellow, Wheat, White, Hot Pink, Woodland Camo, Flourescent Green
18oz Liners:This is heavy duty stuff...used for truck tarps and boat covers. Serious waterproofing and durable.
colors: Black, Brown, Burgundy, Gray, Navy, Royal Blue, White, Red, Tan, Yellow, Green
Buckles and Hardware: The main strap comes with either a metal buckle or plasic cam buckle, your choice. The side relase buckles on the flap straps are contoured for less snagging. Light but strong.
Main Straps: The main strap can be either 2" Heavy Polypro Nylon webbing or 2" seat belt nylon. Both are strong, the seat belt is softer to the touch and less stiff. Specify which shoulder you will wear the bag on.
Strap keeper buckles: Keeps your straps from flapping around when not in use.

F.A.Q.
How soon will i get my bag?
Usually 2-4 weeks for a custom order. It will vary some depending on how many orders I have at the time. I do bags by the date of the order. I will start on the order as soon as deposit is received.
How is custom pricing done?
Send me your design idea or image and i'll get a quote out to you. It's mostly based on time. Sometimes a custom flap design takes more time than constructing the bag itself.
Will you customize anything?
Just about. If you have unique dimensions in mind or pocket to hold something specific we can do that with the info and dimensions.
Can features be added after the bag is assembled?
No. There is almost no way to take the bag apart to add something extra after the fact. Try and make sure to thoroughly think through what you want before ordering.
How does the strap system work?
The strap system is usually only complicated when using the d-rings and metal buckle. With the bag on, pull out and up and the left d-ring to tighten. Then pull that ring to the right to press the strap against the teeth while pulling the other ring to pull the slack through to the side.
